Limited Warranty

Felix Brand, LLC (“Felix”), warrants to the original purchaser that Felix brand product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, within 6 months from the date of purchase, Felix will replace any such product with the same or equivalent product. To report a defect, contact product support at support@meetfelix.com. To receive a replacement product, please follow the steps outlined below. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased through online auction websites or other unauthorized resellers, nor does this warranty apply to any product not manufactured by Felix (including, but not limited to, product that are used in connection with the product). This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from product use, or damage from misuse, abuse, lack of care, or damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accident, repair or alteration or other circumstances not directly attributable to manufacturing or material defects. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. FELIX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO THE DURATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending upon the state, province, territory or country. Some states, provinces and territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. Except as stated herein, no other warranties shall apply.

To receive your warranty replacement, please follow these steps: 

1. Mail us the defective product along with a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and your return mailing address, email address and phone number. Product should be returned via US Mail to:

2. Once Felix receives your warranty claim, we'll take a quick look to make sure all is in order prior to sending out a replacement product. Please allow 10-14 days for this process. In the case where a direct replacement is not available (e.g. we're no longer caring a particular color), Felix reserves the right to send you a close match as a replacement.
3. Felix reserves the right to deny a warranty replacement. We hate to do it, but sometimes we have to. You can help us avoid this by providing a proper proof of purchase, not sending us product that was clearly abused (we can't really justify replacing a MonkeyDo that was chewed up by your dog), and making sure to always buy Felix products from a reputable seller (TwoHands purchased out of the back of a van aren't likely to be legit).
4. If there is no defect found with your product or if the returned product is not eligible for our warranty, Felix will ship the product back to you at our expense. Only person making out in that deal is the shipper...
5. Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis and come with the limited warranty above for the remainder of the original product warranty period.
   
6. Felix cannot be held liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.
