Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Felix product.
If you're not, we're sorry to hear it. 

If you purchased a product through our website, www.meetfelix.com, and you'd like to return it within 30 days of purchase, Felix will refund the amount you paid for the returned product. Simple as that. No explanation needed, although we'd welcome the feedback!

To return a product within 30 days of purchase, simply repackage the product in the original shipping box, along with the packing slip provided from Felix, and utilize the postage paid US Post Office return label provided with your order to send the product back to us. Once Felix has received your return, we'll process your refund and email you a confirmation notice. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to be posted back to your account after you have heard from us.

Unfortunately, any items that are received without a packing list will require additional details prior to being processed. The packing list is how we keep track of inventory and returns for items purchased directly from www.meetfelix.com. If you've lost your packing list, purchased from an authorized reseller, or if your purchase was more than 30 days ago, please review our Limited Warranty Policy which we hope proves helpful.
